"Prelude in G major Op.32 #5"
Do you hear the bird singing?
So sweetly,
She sings for you.
Do you see the water glittering?
So gently,
She shines for you.
Above us,
A blossoming cherry tree.
Besides us,
Swaying wild flowers and their busy bees.
Beneath us,
A green carpet, soft and warm,
Behind us,
Dispersing clouds of past storms.
Before us,
A setting sun over the lake.
Within us,
A fulfilled heart, a soul wide awake.
Nourished by streams of fond memories,
Nature and Man
Embrace in unity.
Take my hands,
I'll take you to childhood.
On the wings of dancing butterflies,
Through the willow woods.
Into the deepest ocean,
Up the highest sky,
Over the rising moon,
Just close your eyes...and
Listen.
